748756 - Focus remains on old tab after alert in background tab has made that tab the foreground tab

In current trunk builds, dialogs that are coming from script in background tabs makes that tab the foreground tab.
However, the focus can still be in the original foreground tab.

Steps to reproduce:
- Have this page open in a tab
- Open http://people.mozilla.org/~mwargers/tests/dialogs/alert_timer.htm in a new, background tab.
- Focus a text input in this page so the vkb comes up.
- Wait 5 seconds, an alert appears and the alert_timer.htm page comes in the foreground

However, the vkb is still there. After dismissing the alert, you can type with the vkb and the characters will appear in the text input in the background tab.

Tested on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus in current Fennec Native trunk build.
