Fennec is going to be release off of Aurora. It would be very nice to get nightlies on the Aurora branch for mobile. I don't know how the mechanics of this will work because Aurora is a release based branch. If this is not possible to get done in time, we probably need to maintain another branch with the same changes as Aurora but with mobile nightlies, which people would use in order to perform better testing on Aurora.

Hmm, I thought that we do releases off of Aurora from time to time. Is there a nightly channel for Aurora where users get updates?

That's Beta where there are no nightlies, only... betas. Aurora is where we do the bug 748329 dance, disabling updates right after the uplift so that delicate Aurora users aren't horrified by a trunk nightly until we've backed out and disabled enough things on it to make it tolerable for their sensibilities.

(In reply to Ehsan Akhgari [:ehsan] from comment #3) > Hmm, I thought that we do releases off of Aurora from time to time. Is > there a nightly channel for Aurora where users get updates? Yes, it's the aurora channel, and comment 4 is correct.
