I have been unable to purge data from account with sync username

nalexander+synced0423@mozilla.com

multiple times today, including just now at 13:11 PST.  I get the following message in a box with a green border and background:

We had a problem purging the data from your account. Please try again later.

I am implementing first sync/fresh start for Android Sync and need access to clean servers for testing.
Whiteboard: [qa?]
All users assigned to PHX1 sync nodes are affected.
PHX1 network configuration repaired, you should be good for PHX1 users now.
