I have been unable to purge data from account with sync username email@example.com multiple times today, including just now at 13:11 PST. I get the following message in a box with a green border and background: We had a problem purging the data from your account. Please try again later. I am implementing first sync/fresh start for Android Sync and need access to clean servers for testing.
All users assigned to PHX1 sync nodes are affected.
PHX1 network configuration repaired, you should be good for PHX1 users now.
