User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:11.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/11.0 Build ID: 20120312181643 Steps to reproduce: I want to save an mkv file whit save link as.. function. Actual results: when I went to that directory, where I want to save the file, it crashed. Expected results: Maybe it doesn't like the torrented video files, because that directory where I navigated, there was a lot of file, which wasn't completed. When I deleted it, it doesn't crashed more.
Can you provide the crash ID from about:crashes?
I tried 3 times. All the 3 times there was the same type crash. (if I read it well) Do you mean this: bp-861cb7af-a1c9-4b80-a542-6d42d2120425 bp-4af33352-8c9a-4c5b-b46d-c13b92120425 bp-69d5944b-15b0-4248-bac3-2dfbe2120425 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-861cb7af-a1c9-4b80-a542-6d42d2120425 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-4af33352-8c9a-4c5b-b46d-c13b92120425 https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-69d5944b-15b0-4248-bac3-2dfbe2120425
Does it happen in Safe Mode (see http://support.mozilla.org/kb/Safe%20Mode)?
gold: Can you answer comment 3?
