Details

steps to reproduce:
1. Make sure preauth is not set up
2. Go to https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/in-app-payment-tester/?src=search
3. Click on the purchase button
4. In the confirmation lightbox, change the currency to "Euro"
5. Click on "Make a one time payment.." link

expected behavior:
Purchase in Euro starts

actual behavior:
There is an error message- "This seller doesn't accept payments in Euro" which is incorrect. Euro is supported at https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/app/in-app-payment-tester/paypal/
Paypal thinks the opposite, despite what you've clicked in Payments. Do you have Euro for that selling account.
