Details

The safe mode dialog is very annoying in cases when you have killed the browser on purpose. There is no way to start browser normally. One has to "Quit" the dialog and then re-start the browser
SeaMonkey bug Bug 573538 (Add options dialog for Safe Mode) added a checkbox to start with or without addons enabled (with addons enabled is equivalent to starting normally).
