steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/backpack/?src=search
2. Click on the purchase button
3. In the confirmation lightbox, double click on 'Make a one time payment..' link.

actual behavior:
Double clicking on 'Make a one time payment..' link starts multiple PayPal iframes
