Steps to reproduce:

Clicked "Get Involved!" on the Mail Start page in Thunderbird 13.0b1


Actual results:

Web page "https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/about/get-involved/" opened,  which looks like a generic 404 page.


Expected results:

Either linked to a relevant web page,  or no link at all.
