When you edit the properties of a bookmark and move the cursor at the end of the
text entry, the cursor disappears
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bookmarks
2. select bookmark entry
3. Properties
4. select Name
5. move to end of text
Actual Results: Cursor disappears
Expected Results: Cursor should not disappear and you should be able to move it
back from the end.
The cursor is not lost if the text entry is empty, for example, for keyword or
comments.

This belongs in XP Toolkit/Widgets because it affects all single line widgets.
For more fun, enter text in a widget and then shift+right off the end of the line.
