Having problems with text w/background-color:transparent inside a deck inside a
window with a background-image.  Sometimes when the window is launched, the
background-image of the window is not visible behind the text element.

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Launch the attached XUL window
2.

Actual Results:  Area behind text element is solid and not transparent (see
attached screen snapshot).

Expected Results:  Expect to see the window's background image throughout the
window.

If you resize the window or drag another window over the top of it, the
background is correctly updated.

Retested this bug against both Mozilla 1.0 (build ID 2002052918) and 1.1a (build
ID 2002061108) the problem has been fixed.

Please pass along my thanks to the "ghost" that inadvertently fixed this bug.
