Details

Camera API implementation for B2G based on getUserMedia().  This assumes still image support only.  "Live preview" support will be a separate meta bug.

Don't need a meta bug for this.  Removing this from the bug tree makes the bug tree for Camera API (getUserMedia) still image support on Mobile much simpler.
