We're getting those syntax errors on the wiki on at least one host (but not all of them). The extension is either not getting restarted or is immediately failing again. We probably need a wiki restart.
Is there a URL to check/verify?

No, it's a cronjob for a command-line tool. Beyond that, I dunno what to check.
I've restarted dekiwiki on all 3 prod servers. There are 3 separate crons on each machine that all basically attempt to check if deki is working, and restart it if it's not... I'm guessing it's one of those that's having a problem. Hopefully this fixes it. :)
