We should disable screen timeouts while pages are loading, and only start letting the screen timeout timer start after page load has finished.

There are times where I'm on a slow network connection, such as Edge/2G, where page loads take a very long time. I hold my phone while waiting for the page to finish loading, and have to consistently tap/pan/zoom on the screen to make sure that the screen doesn't turn off.

I realize that this change could have a negative effect on battery life, but it seems more annoying to shut down the screen while a user is waiting for a webpage to load.

Maybe instead of disabling the timeout we could increase it.  If we somehow get into a state where a page never finishes loading, we don't want to keep the screen on forever.
