After seeing the issue intermittently I have been able to more successfully reproduce the issue more consistently with the following:

Opened Firefox
Went to http://www.yahoo.com
Right click on an open area of their site.

The Context menu flashes real quick then the main area disappears leaving the drop shadow of the menu. I am also able to move my mouse over the area and the context menu will reappear but then flash on and off as I move the mouse through it.
