This is not a particularly important issue in and of itself, but it will make syncing with the mozbase repository (which now entirely uses new-style licensing headers) somewhat easier.

As mentioned in the bug, this is not that important except that it will make syncing with the mozbase repository somewhat easier.

sad to see my name disappear, but it is a good tradeoff for the new license.  BTW, please don't add my name into the comments, I think the licensing looks cleaner without it.

I should theoretically be able to commit this myself, but I'd need to set some stuff up (which I don't have time for) and it would be easier if someone else did right now. As a comment-only change, it's kind of the definition of low risk.
