7504 - Reply All to mail message duplicates addressees in cc field

Using 1999060209 Mac OS 8.51
Haven't gotten to unix yet because of another problem

When doing a Message|Reply All to a mail message, the addressee line gets
duplicated in the cc: line.

1.  Open an inbox in seamonkey.
2.  Select a message in the thread pane (doesn't matter how many recipients of
original message).
3.  Message|Reply to All.
Result:  Compose window opens with the same addressee listing in both the To:
and the cc: lines.

Note:  the list of addressees is most often incorrect, but will log that as a
separate issue.
