Details

It should be possible for the developer to specify whether an in-app payment is refundable or not with the initial API call. We should probably default to refundable.

For items that aren't refundable, we should display a message saying so when the user is purchasing.

In-app purchases aren't subject to the 30 minute auto-approval window and must manually be approved by the developer.

We'll need to update the docs on the new property, as well as how to handle the callback ping that a previous purchase has been refunded.
Is this a dupe of bug 746417? Looks like we have more info here though.
