When I'm on an http page and click Larry, I'd like him to attempt to fetch the https version and show either:

Success         "_Connect securely_"
Ambiguous*      "Your connection to this web site is not encrypted"
Failure         "This site does not support secure connections"

* Ambiguous includes cert issues, HTTP errors such as "not found", and redirects.
