1. Set 
  user_pref("gfx.textures.poweroftwo.force-enabled", true);
2. Try to use Firefox.

Result: lots of things are stretched, mispainted, blurry, drawn in the wrong place, etc.

(Does this happen with the graphics card/driver for which bug 721489 was filed??)
I haven't paid any attention to this pref. I'd review/take a patch that fixes the problem but don't see any reason to have anyone work on fixing it ATM.
