750633 - "Shadowing" visual effect on taskjs.org (galaxy nexus and sgs2)

STR
 (1) Pan/zoom so that the top-left "Tasks are interleaved like..." is zoomed in as far as possible and flush with the screen top-left.
 (2) Pan diagonally up-right/down-left as fast as you can.

I see what looks like "ghosted" text, slightly lighter, as I pan around.  At first I thought this was just me having bad eyes but I'm pretty sure what I'm seeing is from the device display.

I see the same effect on sgs2.

Both these phones are AMOLED so it might have something to do with the underlying display.  Or I could be going crazy, or just seeing some kind of optical illusion.
