750984 - App bar pin button sometimes remains active after app bar is closed

Noticed this testing the latest build. STR:

1) from the fennec start page click the address bar
2) select a link like good from the list
3) press the right hand side of the space bar

result: the pin to start menu popup will show up

This doesn't happen every time, it's a bit random.

Better STR:

1) from the fennec start page click the address bar
2) click the space bar when the keyboard comes up

same experience. Again, I can't get this to happen every time.

This was a side effect of xaml interop, which we removed.
