User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.0) AppleWebKit/535.19 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/18.0.1025.168 Safari/535.19 Steps to reproduce: Uploaded update on 30th April Actual results: I cannot now get into my in box. (My email is thunderbird using gmail, so I can get them through gmail). In addition six months of sent emails have disappeared. I love thunderbird, I find it so much better than other systems, help! Expected results: Everything work A OK
Are those sent emails also disappeared from the server (if you check via gmail web interface)?

That is good. Can you see in Account settings -> Disk space if there is anything set about removal of old messages? Also, right-click the Sent folder -> Properties -> Retention policy and see the settings.
Aceman I keep all emails, as my memory is full up! All settings are to retain messages. Thank you for your help Robert
Can you upgrade to 12.0.1? I think on IMAP there is the possibility to subscribe to folders. Can you unsubscribe from the Sent folder, restart TB and subscribe again?
