Steps to reproduce: 1. Load app deatails page for an add-on with contrib roadblock not available for the current version of Firefox (ex. https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/screen-capture-elite/?src=search# ) 2. Click on the question mark "?" next to the label "Not available for Firefox 12.0" Expected results: A tooltip is opened containing the folowing text: "This add-on is not compatible with your version of Firefox because of the following: {reason}" Actual results: Nothing happens.
