User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:13.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/13.0 Build ID: 20120425123149 Steps to reproduce: I've verified my java installation. Actual results: 32 bit JRE has loaded. Expected results: Firefox should have load the 64 bit JRE.
There's nothing to worry about. Firefox is a 32-bit browser so it loads 32-bit plugins even if you are using a 64-bit OS.

I'm not worriing. But the website said, it's the 64 bit version. If so ... it shoud load the 64 bit JRE.
A site with Java applets will use the 32-bit version of Java with 32-bit browsers like Firefox or 32-bit IE 9 and the 64-bit version of Java with 64-bit browser like 64-bit IE 9. So you only need 32-bit Java in Firefox.
