User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:12.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/12.0
Build ID: 20120420145725

Steps to reproduce:

I am looking at old emails that have been previously read.

Actual results:

Some of these emails are not displaying properly and the subject line may be correct but the body is a bunch of tags of different emails, when previously this email displayed 100 percent correctly

Expected results:

Emails should have displayed properly

Can you view the source of the message just to check if it still has content?
The source of the message still has content but it is often for multiple emails that do not relate to the subject. It has mashed together quite a few emails from around the same time in this odd format.
Looks like broken mailfolders or .msf files.

Please upgrade to TB12.0.1.
Then close TB, backup the files containing the messages (see in Account Settings->Server settings->Local Directory for the folder where they are stored). Then run TB again, right-click the folder->Properties->Repair Folder.

Also, have you been using any TB12 beta?
Reza are you still having the issue ,did comment 3 help ?
Without help from Reza there's nothing we can do here, and even with such help, it's unlikely to be something that isn't filed elsewhere.
