Steps to reproduce: 1. Login to MP Dev Hub https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/developers/submissions 2. Click on "Manage refunds" link from an app that has refund requests Expected results: There are no layout issues, all the data fit in the refunds table. Actual results: Refunds table is not displayed properly if username is longer. Notes/Issues: Verified in FF15 Nightly (Win 7). Attaching screenshot for this issue.
