When originally setting up try server we came across a few issues:

- The server name was wrong (it was build.mozilla.org)
- The server may not have had the tbirdtry user set up on it with the appropriate directory permissions

We therefore disabled upload of win32 symbols for try-comm-central, and this bug is intended to fix the issues and re-enable uploading.
