steps to reproduce: 1. Upload an add-on with a)strictCompatibility enabled b)Firefox range- 4.0 to 4.0.* 2. Navigate to it's detail page(https://addons-dev.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bug-000012/) on Firefox 15.0a1 3. Check the install button expected behavior: install button is disabled actual behavior: install button is enabled when strictCompatibility is enabled.

This is only true for experimental add-ons. Once the add-on was made public, the button was disabled.
