Details

If you go to a google+ post (see example in the URL field) when not logged into google+, it shows a black bar with a red button that encourages you to "Join Google+". In portrait mode, this bar stays at the top of the screen. If you rotate to landscape, then the bar relocates to the middle of the screen, and stays there on scroll.
OS: Linux → Android
Hardware: x86_64 → ARM
The bar the CSS property position fixed. I think this depends on bug 607417.
