User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:11.0) Gecko/20120312 Firefox/11.0 SeaMonkey/2.8 Build ID: 20120312224753 Steps to reproduce: 1. Installed 2.9.1 on i386 running kubuntu 11.10 (oneiric) 2. Started seamonkey ("seamonkey -mail"). 3. Email was downloading from 5 pop servers for 5+ minutes into separate account inboxes. 4. I read and tried to delete email messages in two inboxes which were not downloading messages at the time. The delete failed. Actual results: During the downloading of email I tried to delete email messages from two other pop accounts (which were not downloading email). One was an imap account (which keeps messages on the server) and the other was a pop account (which downloaded the messages to a local inbox, but had finished downloading all messages from the server). I clicked the delete button, then delete key and finally right click..delete message. In all three cases the mail message was not deleted and there were no pop-up windows showing errors. This happened for both pop and imap accounts. I restarted seamonkey and the mail messages I tried to delete were still there. After downloading all messages the delete button worked as expected (it deleted the email message). I reverted to version 2.8 and did not experience the problem. Expected results: Messages should be delete-able while message downloads into other account/folders was being down. NOT reproducible with DE SeaMonkey 2.35(γ) (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:38.0 nightly by Adrian Kalla) Gecko/20100101 Build 20150616034436 (Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit OS related or vanished? @reporter: Still a problem for you?

No response, so I close this one for now. @Reporter: Please feel free to reopen this Bug if you still can reproduce the problem with a current SeaMonkey version and a current OS and if you can contribute a step by step instruction due to <https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/QA/Bug_writing_guidelines> (containing every key press and every mouse click) how to reproduce the problem reliably.
