Details

When starting an in-app payment with an account that doesn't have pre-auth set up, the button to set it up doesn't do anything.

You can reproduce it with the tester app http://inapp-pay-test.farmdev.com/en-US/

As I recall the WebRT will bounced external links to the browser but we should test this to find out what happens after that!
