This bug is to track the implementation of the new mobile FAQ page (covered in bug 719929) for the upcoming Android launch.
Is there a design bug for this? I didn't see one attached to the tracking ticket. We'll need to attach that here as a dependency.

The design bug is supposed to be 719929, but I still don't have access to that so I haven't added it as a dependency yet. Jaclyn, can you help get that bug opened up or should I just file a new one?
