seen on windows 2001-04-09-06-trunk

-open profile manager
-click on rename profile

expected results: the profile manager dialogue window should open, enabling 
profile name edit.

tested results:  the expected dialogue doesn't open. thus cannot change profiles 
name.

I noticed that the prompt in mailnews that appears when navigating between
folders when using "next unread" isn't appearing either.  Should this be a
separate bug or is it related?
