In Firefox 12, I had received some Mozilla webmaster email regarding this but wasn't told how they arrived at the page, as using http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/ works fine.  

Click Tools, Addons, Plugins, click the "Check to see if your plugins are up to date" link.  It directs to https://www.mozilla.com/en/404 and states Mozilla Student Reps
