Puppet will remove the line on boot, so we get a 
  Warning: Permanently added the RSA host key for IP address '63.245.215.47' to the list of known hosts.
when we do the first upload. This doesn't prevent the upload happening.

catlee did the masters in production. There are three disabled ones, on bm34/35/36. Only bm36 has enough setup done on it to accept the new IP, which I did. 34 and 35 don't have a cltbld user yet, and will get taken care off during their setup.
