Details

STR:
1) I upgraded my Firefox 3.6.28 version to Firefox 12.
2) Created a new profile
3) Opened the addons manager tab , selected Plugins and clicked on the check to see if your plugins are updated link which sent me to https://www.mozilla.com/en/404 

Expected Results:
1) I should rather be sent to https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/plugincheck/

I tried this on Mac, Linux and Windows and got the same results
