Bug 741998 changed the button appearance for Australis. Now the icons are 16px * 16px again. This bug is to follow the change from 18px icons to 16px.

This patch redefines the -moz-image-region to a 16px * 16px area. The icons had before enough free space around them and the smaller area doesn't cut off images.

Yes, only on calendar-event-dialog the icons are a little blurry without patch.
