+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #735393 +++

I've seen some tweets and market reviews (15+) that claim his/her Fennec interface locale has been changed from Japanese to English when updated to XUL Fennec 10.0.4 ESR.

A few French reviews says the same thing, as I read in translation. Not sure about other locales.

We couldn't confirm the situation by in-house testing, though.
Bug 749542 should have fixed this
