Sorry for the late, my nook color met some wifi config. problem and the SD card also got broken. (the crash report is extracted from titaniumbackup) So I decided to take the chance to u/g the nook system to 1.4.2. It seems that after re-install (build 14.02a 2012-05-08), the crash becomes less frequent, but the same problem can be reproduce or non-responding by combining pan-zoom and portrait/landscape view. Flash is going away (bug 1381916), so there's no point in pursuing this further.
