We want to send a quick survey to our beta users and need 36 strings to be translated for that purpose.

Here is the file to translate:
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/l10n-misc/trunk/surveys/pl/survey2.lang

Note that this is a new repository, since we regularly have surveys and use external tools for that, surveys will now be stored in this new repo instead of mozilla.org repo:
https://svn.mozilla.org/projects/l10n-misc/trunk/surveys/pl/

Three minor corrections needed:

-Overall, how satisfied are you with Firefox Beta?
+Ogólnie rzecz biorąc jak satysfakcjonujący jest Firefox Beta?

Add a comma after "biorąc".

-Switch between different versions
+Jedną z kilku

"...kilku równoległych"?

-Did you know that Mozilla offers a Marketplace of Open Web Apps?
+Czy wiesz, że Mozilla Marketplace oferuje aplikacje oparte o wolną sieć?

"Open Web" is "otwarta sieć". http://otwartasiec.pl/
