I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet since the Mozilla All Hands in 2011.

However part of the screen is not sensitive to touch anymore, the part of the screen that doesn't work happens to be the bottom left, so once I'm in a program I can't exit without rebooting. (Home button does not work)

I was wondering if we have a warranty on it? What would be the process be to get this repaired?

Hi Brian, it's best if we swap it with a new one for you. Your old tablet we can try to put it into repair or maybe it's a firmware problem, etc.

I have an unused Galaxy Tab returning to the office tomorrow so I'll get that shipped out as soon as I get it.

I sent out the tablet to the address in Comment 4.   By the way I did not have the original box.  I also kept my charging plug.  

So please only send the tablet itself and keep any accessories.
