I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet since the Mozilla All Hands in 2011. However part of the screen is not sensitive to touch anymore, the part of the screen that doesn't work happens to be the bottom left, so once I'm in a program I can't exit without rebooting. (Home button does not work) I was wondering if we have a warranty on it? What would be the process be to get this repaired? The asset tag is: 06988

Hi Brian, it's best if we swap it with a new one for you. Your old tablet we can try to put it into repair or maybe it's a firmware problem, etc. Where are you located? Phonebook says Ontario.
Ya I'm in: 1416 Traditional Trail Belle River, Ontario Canada N0R 1A0 Where should I send the old one to, is there a fedex company number I can use or something like that?
Just wondering if you had an address I can send it to as per Comment 2?

I sent out the tablet to the address in Comment 4. By the way I did not have the original box. I also kept my charging plug. So please only send the tablet itself and keep any accessories.
Tablet prepped - Samsung Tab # 06418 will get shipped out and you'll get a tracking # (no chargers/cables included)
Hi Brian, Did you receive the replacement Samsung Tab? I've received the tablet you returned (06988).
