752846 - Big Bookmark Collections block previous levels on the tree

Steps to reproduce:
1- Click on the Bookmarks Menu
2- Mouse over one of the categories.
3- If the category has a subfolder, mouse over again.
4- If the collection of bookmarks is large enough the first level is completely visually blocked. (see screenshots).

The window arrangement should be improved or slow down the time to launch the window after the mouse over. The way it works today is inconvenient when the amount of bookmarks is high.

We do the best we can with large folders & menu organisation and with respect to screen size. Some of the menu organisation is down to the OS. I'm not sure there's much we can do here, except suggesting that you adjust the amount of items / size of your bookmarks.
