Details

if one uses <menubutton> in any skin - the look of the button is not determined 
by xbl and shows up "unskinned" - this causes problems in AIM and the Mail/News 
search dialogs.  Need a binding for <menubutton> when it has no classes, etc. 
associated with it. (the default look)

menubutton is no longer supported, but its replacement <button type="menu"/>
does have default styles.
