I can still reproduce this issue on latest Nightly 19.0a1 (2012-10-18) using Samsung Galaxy R (Android 2.3.4)

Ok, I'm able to reproduce it on the galaxy Q if I switch to the romanian language version of Yahoo mail. It doesn't happen on the english language version.
For future reference, the complete STR I used are: 1. Go to mail.yahoo.com 2. Log in 3. Click on the "Yahoo" link in the top-right corner 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "Yahoo! International" 5. Scroll down and click on "Yahoo! Romania" 6. Click on "Mail" 7. Pinch zoom out beyond the minimum level and release
... and the exact same thing happens in desktop FF if you do UA spoofing and use the responsive design view tool to set a screen size of 320x480. The actual page is wider than 320 pixels because of the stuff in the header and so it's horizontally scrollable, but the stuff on the right doesn't paint. I assume this is a bug with the website (the Romanian language text is longer than English so the table is wider than their design accounts for) although I don't know this for certain (layout people would be better suited to answering that question).
Move to core layout to verify if it's a problem in gecko or a problem in the website. STR for reproducing on a device are in comment 5 and comment 6. If this is a problem with the website please move it to the Firefox for Android::Evangelism component.
