Created attachment 622379 [details] Image as rendered by Firefox 12 Some JPEG images only partially load -- the bottom several pixels in the image do not render. The same bug exists in Chrome 19 Beta, but the image renders correctly in Safari 5.1.5.

confirming with Seamonkey trunk on win32. IE9 and Opera11 are showing the missing lines. I have no way to check if the image is somehow invalid.
