Some JPEG images only partially load -- the bottom several pixels in the image do not render.

The same bug exists in Chrome 19 Beta, but the image renders correctly in Safari 5.1.5.

This is also a bug in Chrome and being tracked there with:
https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=127406

So don't feel alone Mozilla! :)
