Web page or screen you were on when you saw the issue: www.google.com/reader

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to google.com/reader
2. hold phone in portrait mode - page will remain cropped and locked
3. switch to landscape and you can see the whole page and scroll through content

What you expected: To be able to see the entire page on the screen or to be able to scroll to see the rest of the content in portrait mode.

Unfortunately this is happening on a lot of pages, it's being tracked by bug 747493.
