steps to reproduce:
1. Load the details page for one of your rejected apps or load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/en-US/app/kicksend-7/
2. Notice the user message.

actual behavior:
The user message says- " This app is currently rejected and invisible to other users. To complete your submission, visit its Manage Status page. Learn more"

we should change that to something like- "
The user message says- " This app is currently rejected and invisible to other users. To see the reason for rejection, visit its Manage Status page"

Let's just make it generic and avoid the extra conditionals/l10n:

We now say "This app has been rejected and is unavailable until its developer submits a new version. Learn more"
