Details

Using 2001040904 on Win 2000.

The first browser window I open has a normal looking url bar.
If I open a second window by using Ctrl+N or by opening a link in a new window,
the url bar is approximately 3 times the height it should be.

This is now working for me with 2001041004 so I think perhaps Joe's fixed to not
merge modern and classic fixed this.
