On the specified page, click inside one of the fields
"What media and accessories did you buy?" (bottom right).
The cursor is positioned way out of the field,
and so is any entered characters.

I couldn't see this with the given URL but I have seen it at the other sites
like www.express.com with PC Linux 2001040910.

Looks like a problem with font tags around form elements. See bug 75382 for a
testcase of a similar problem.
