I've got some filters. They route incomming e-mail (pop3 account) to specific
folders. **Some** of the folders do not show the new mail after it's arrived
until I quit all mozilla windows and restart.
i.e.
I hit Control-T and see in the progress bar a message being downloaded from my
pop server. I hear the beep announcing incomming e-mail, I click on the folder's
name (which has not changed to bold with the number of unread e-mails in that
folder) and nothing's changed in this folder. So I hit <Control-Q>, restart
Mozilla, open the Mail task, click on the folder and without having donloaded
any new e-mail, the letter I just say come "down the pipe" is now visible in
that folder as unread!
My Mozilla is installed from 0.8.1 package
mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-0.8.1-sea.tar.gz into /usr/local/mozilla
